Checked tools ISO - no trace of xc-switcher.

@jean-edouard why is the deb still being built though? See:

@rossphilipson, the builders use their own custom versions of the build scripts, which include building xc-switcher for Debian, so build-scripts changes have to be manually applied. Since this change is not merged yet, it doesn't really make sense to apply it to the builders. Once this is merged though, I will fix both builders.

This is an interesting problem. When I created the builders, the build-scripts were brand new and not very flexible, so I had to "fork" them. (in fact, I think I created them for the builders and then wrote a more generic version) Now that they're a bit more mature, it might be possible to make the builders use the right upstream scripts for each build.
