IIRC I made these edits at one point, but possibly they were reverted or hidden? I can't recall.
At any rate, this only is needed on macOS where you cannot (easily) manually set the JAVA SDK location from the revPreferences stack. On Win/Linux I believe you can already set the path to JAVA SDK you want the IDE to use.
