also use gcc14 as C/C++ compiler

Not sure whether the hash is correct. It works in my env. Maybe someone could test it.

Yes, your nixos hash is not correct. I prefer to bump nix version, when new stable version released, next is 24.11.

I add gcc_14 branch previously. It works in my env. @eastonman
