misc: fix compile error on mill 0.11.7

Recently, I tried to bump mill to 0.11.7 because 0.11.1 seems to have a compile error on JDK 21. -td results in an error below.

Unknown argument: "-t"
Expected Signature: runMain
  --mainClass <str>
  args <str>...

Not sure why this happens. However, changing the arg to its longer form solves this error.
