Would you be interested in creating a cookbook with chef so the setup and configuration can be automated?

I can take care of the chef part if you can help me through the installation process.

sure, I'll be home in the evening around 19:30 (GMT+3). What are you planning to use BoostStomp for?

19:30 GMT+3 works great for me, I should be around for most of the day (your evening). I will start with LMDE since you have tested the code with that distro the most.

My current goal is to build a simple ruby based web interface (and backend) to control and view the status of zwave devices. I am unsatisfied with the software/hw controllers that are available. I would like to use something based in a language that I'm familiar with (Ruby/Python/C) so I can extend it where possible. The use of thrift is brilliant as it should stimulate greater community development than any project locked into a certain codebase.

I look forward to chatting with you.

Regards,

justin
