[bug] Adding assocations does not seem to work

Zwave2Mqtt version: 4.1.1 Openzwave Version: 1.6.-1

Describe the bug The associations are not being set. There is no additional error being set, so I am not sure how to troubleshoot further.

To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Go to groups
2. Select the node, group, and target node
3. Click add
4. The association never shows up, in the logs, I see the following

   zwave2mqtt    |   z2m:App Zwave api call: getAssociationsInstances [ 5, 3 ] +1s
   zwave2mqtt    |   z2m:Zwave Success zwave api call getAssociationsInstances [] +938ms

   Expected behavior I would expect the association to be set.

Additional context Devices - Aeotec Siren 6, Fibaro Flood Sensor. I have also tried using multi instance to set, did not work.
