New Neo Coolcam Power Plugs have diffent id's #2509

Shenzhen Neo Electronics are now using a different manufacturer id and so some of their devices are not recognised. When comparing the included documentation with the "shenzen_neo/nas-wr01ze.xml" profile, they seem to be the same.

Can you add the following to the "manufacturer_specific.xml" file so that these devices will be recognised in future releases of Home assistant.
