[FR] - switches that are lights #162

With Zwave2MQTT I dont use discovery, and manually add all the MQTT entities manually. This reduces the number of entities that are not important in HA, but also allows me to bring in a switch as a light.

Is there a way to specify the device type in qt-openzwave?
