Normalize directory names #842

We have directories like upgrades and presets in plural, while others like token and access are in singular, even when they contain multiple inner modules.

I would be good to define a rule for consistency.

After some back and forth I think we should keep it as it is. I'm closing the issue, and we can revisit it if we think is worth in the future.
