After the merge on June 2022, Ethereum deprecated several testnets, Rinkeby, Kovan and Ropten, and introduced a new one, Sepolia, this PR introduces information about the new testnets and removes deprecated testnet according to this documentation.
Note: Sepolia should be temporary, so this will need to be updated after that happens.
