Withdrawals won’t execute. Proper password is inputted, but to no avail

@guyfromcali Hey. I just sent from Zhip, it indeed works, you just need to increase the Gas Price. I'm sorry, I have not yet updated the minimum Gas Price to the "new" (from 2020-11-12) minimum specified by Zilliqa, in ZIP-9. Set the gas price to 2,000 instead of 1,000 Li (which equals to 0.002 Zil), and it will work!

Thank you. Fixed. although it takes many hours to transfer. Any ideas on that?

@Anikann you just paid the minimum fee of 0.002, if you pay more => faster.

Thank you @Sajjon. Could it take several days? I made the transaction 2 days ago and still cannot see the funds. The address used is correct.

That might have caused issues for you?

Did you try to send to an exchange? If so, which one? Binance?

Or did you send to another cold wallet (not an exchange)?

Did you look at the Zilliqa Explorer and paste your address and see the transaction??

I sent it to an exchange (gate.io), and according to the Zillow’s explorer the funds have been transferred.

OK got it! Then Zhip worked, and Zilliqa works! But probably Gate.io having some issues. Reach out to them and paste the TX Hash ID from ViewBlock (Zilliqa Explorer) as proof.
