CANT MOVE ASSETS from old iphone to new #132

Hi help required please I have an old iphone 6------- it will now upgrade to latetest Zil--- i can not move the asset to new wallet I have use the key store to open new wallett on new iphone 12..... the asset will not transfer either to desk top macbook m1 or to the new iphone wallet I do not know what to do next thnx please help bst Pte

@pwilks100 why are you opening multiple issues? That only makes conversation harder...

Did you backup your Private Key? Or your Keystore AND password?

Have you tried restoring your wallet using the Private Key in Zillet.io ?
