Removed analytics only crash report and many gui fixes

Removed analytics, only using crash reporting.
White status bar everywhere
Made TermsOfService, AskForCrashReportingPermissions, ERC20Warning, CustomECCWarning scenes dismissable
Changed background color in QR-code image in Receive scene to deepBlue
Changed so that the keyboard does not show up as soon as you go into the Receive scene
Added teal gradient to bottom of view in Welcome screen
Moved Done button up in ChoosePinView and ConfirmNewPinView
Changed color of line in FloatingLabelTextField to only be colored teal when active (highlighted)
Made buttons in QR-scanner scene to work, both flashlight and switch camera
Fixed bug (hopefully) resulting in crash when setting a PIN code during the create new wallet flow
