[Suggestion] Limit skill gems' calculated DPS when socketed in certain items #1215

For example, when a skill is in Poet's Pen, Spell Echo, Cast while Channeling, and Faster Casting do nothing whatsoever. The same would apply with Mjolnir or Cospri's Malice. I don't know if the existing codebase would allow something like this, but thought I would leave the suggestion regardless.

As a work-around, I use a Level 18 Cast when Damage Taken Support to simulate the behavior.
