Why is the Leech so high on Earthquake Aftershock? #1231

the Life Leech on normal hit is what I understand how life leech works but after shock shows almost triple of that amount, why? Do I miss something?

In the calcs page (in PoB v1.4.108), there's a 29.76s instance duration attribute to the mouseover of the Life Leech per Hit field, which isn't present for the Initial impact skill part. Possibly some bugged interaction with the Less Duration and the skill's secondary effect(s)?
