Innervate not apply to Raise Spectre #1382

Raise Spectre 20/0 Innervate 20/0

Innervate Cannot support skills used by totems, traps, or mines,but how about minion?

I'm fairly certain Innervate does work on minions (regardless of what PoB suggests), but it's not a very good idea.

Unless you're running around with a single spectre the on-kill effect is going to be split across all of your spectres and have extremely poor uptime.

Innervate does, in fact, work on minions. However, picking your spectres would be key to this working well.
