Please Filter Copy and Paste from POE.Trade #1411

If you're on poe.trade and you highlight and copy the text of an item, it has the prefix and suffix notes in the text. "S1" for example after the suffix mod.

This means that pasting it into POB doesn't work correctly, and I have to manually edit the text to get it to work.

I know that the best solution would be for poe.trade to provide a proper copy item link, but on your end, could you code the item parser to ignore S? and S1 etc. (and "crafted") at the end of text lines?

there is a script for the chrome/firefox extension "Tapmermonkey" which allows you to properly copy items: https://github.com/fikal/PoeTradeItemCopy after setting up that script, a copy-link will appear on poe.trade.

There already is a copy-link for items on the official trade site https://www.pathofexile.com/trade/search/

maybe having a searchable FAQ page could help out with stuff like this though

Thank you for the link. I'd still like to see this implemented in Path of Building if possible. I get that it's a feature request, but I'd rather not install addons to work around it.

FYI, if you use the official trade website pathofexile.com/trade, it has a button to copy an item to the clipboard
