Import String doesn't contain PlayerStats #783

For some reason the import string posted by this person doesn't contain any PlayerStats in the Build tag of the XML. When I import the build and then immediately export, the string I create does have the PlayerStats. Not sure what causes this or if its even a bug.

This is an odd one. It clearly shouldn't be able to happen in the current version of the program. Maybe the user generated it in version that pre-dates the addition of the PlayerStats? From looking at the XML I can't see any evidence of that, though.

I'll try to provide more examples of this issue if/when I spot them.
