Add Weekday to Overview #375

Improve the usability by adding a Day of the week abbreviation e.g. "Tue, 11 July 2024" opencast

need to change the formatting of the column :)

Currently, strftimedatetime is used as for formatting the date. strftimedaydatetime would be a variante with long weekdays.

Abbreviated weekdays would seem to make it necessary to use a custom format string for the date creation, or is there any other way to achieve that?
