fixed iframes loading before authentication #24

When more than one video was on a page every video except for the first could be loaded before the authentication was even finished.

Fixes #22.

I closed this a while ago because I didn't receive any feedback plus we were using our own fork of this plugin with a couple of other changes. But we recently switched back to using this original version of filter_opencast because since OC 8.0 we don't need any of changes anymore that we made in our fork, except for this.

Hey, I'm closing this issue because we're working on an official release of the filter plugin that isn't using LTI anymore. Thus this PR is obsolete.
