Defaults for width, height and autoplay globally configurable by Moodle-admin. Applies user set width and height to iframe, tested with Paella player. (Atto->media->video->Display otions)

The first official release official release will respect the width and height settings but not autoplay. If you still need this, feel free to create a new pull request.
