mmbtools-get is not compatible with bookworm #19

Some changes brought with version 3.1.0 (bullseye was the then stable) broke the compatibility with bookworm (the current stable) and very likely any future releases (can be checked with testing/trixie)

Install optimizations should be removed to limit package naming issues with future debian releases
