Update the .Travis-CI file. #15

Update to Xenial rather than Trusty. Add a build with libfdk-aac as well as a build with libfaad2.

Slipped in adding a .gitignore file. Add Emacs backup files, the CLion control directory, and the CLion build directory to the Git ignore list.

I am assuming people should not merge their own pull requests, except in exceptional circumstances.

Well, so much for your assumption ;-)

Please be so kind as to wait with merging a PR until I have reviewed the changes as maintainer. There may be cases where discussing the changes is necessary e.g. to prevent that by whomever by mistake things are changed that have been done due to a specific reason. :-)

I am sorry about that, I had cocked up some things and wasn't sure what speed people worked at. I have had my wrists duly slapped and will be a good boy from now on – mostly by having multiple clones to avoid the error I got into.
