Mention g++ #27

Could you add also

sudo apt-get install g++

for Ubuntu and other derivates users?

I know you mention it in the 1st paragraph, but this might be not understood by all.

I adjusted the README and added more information for the generic requirements; the changes are in the next branch.

@russel for the sake of consistency you might add respective lines for Fedora in the "General" subclause.
