create a manual page

Thank you for your contribution; a man file will be helpful for users.

There is just the issue that dablin and dablin_gtk have slightly different parameters e.g. for the latter, a list of to-be-displayed DAB channels can be specified. So it would be great if you could split the manual into two separate manpages.
