Create account: checkbox placement issue on Firefox #1

I hope this is the right repository! Please steer me in the right direction if not… I'm looking at this page:

… And when I hit the "create an account" button I get a dialogue box with this lovely tidbit near the bottom:

This is on Mac Firefox. On Chrome it looks fine.
