I think we're finally there! The floor plan has settled down enough for you to effectively jump back on the energy analysis. Sorry for the wait!

I marked up this pdf with those facade elements that are flexible based on what you deem is appropriate with your analysis.

DWGS are here.

Not knowing how much detail you'd like, as you'll see, in this folder I exported out a bunch of different gbxml files with varying levels of detail.

You'll also notice, the gbxml file needs a little 'tightening up'--some objects translated incorrectly. I would defer to you, but it might be easier remodeling on your end, since you'll be running various facade scenarios on your end.
