State Submission Schedule #46

@andyeck1,

Do you have an anticipated time frame that you'll have permit drawings?

We'll most likely entertain the 'Permission to Start' & 'Footing & Foundation Plans Only' options for state review.

@Kraut34, per the following link (which gets updated regularly) the next available date for review for (4 COMMERCIAL BLDGS - STANDARD (TYPE: ALL OTHERS, 3 OR LESS FLOORS) is on 06-24-2015 http://apps2.commerce.wi.gov/SB_PlbgPlanReviewApp/report.html

I'm unsure (I will call tomorrow) whether a 'Permission to Start' review can be submitted any early.

Regardless, they indicate via their FAQs, they turn around plans in 15 business days. Again, not sure if this is accelerated for 'Permission to Start' applications. Will ask.

Regardless, for OpeningDesign's ARCH scope, we around about 3 or 4 weeks out for permit drawings.

I know they're asking for resolution on #41 before they finalize their reactions.
