Can you verify if the 1 5/8" C channels 24" o.c. will work at the parapet condition?

We can get the furring channel you are calling out to work @ 24" oc if the supporting girts are spaced @ 36" oc max.

Thanks Kevin...what section & gauge would we have to go up to maintain 4ft oc spacing for the horizontal girts?

250S125-33 @ 24" can span 4'-0" at the parapet. The 162S125-33 we checked before is the largest available 162S section, which is why we had to jump up to a 250S section.
