Gradebeam along G.L. (3-2)

The installation of the grade beam, as illustrated below, was overlooked.

The west pier is poured (the rebar 'wraps' were not set), the east footing however, has yet to be poured.

We need your help on what we can do to remedy.

This is high priority.

I talked to @andyeck1. Long story short, we do not have to include this grade beam.
