lower the threshold to participate #270

differ between "I want to participate" and "I'm interested" (see #58 )

just rename the button "i'm interested" (rename "participant" to "interested" in frontend) and don't suborder it to participants but next to the description!

Think we should do something like this soon. People are too much hold back by not knowing wath it means if they enrole by saying take part (as there is no date, I dont know if i'll have time by then, etc)

with @1u: change the title for course participants as well from "X participants" to "X interested"

later, I guess we'd need an other field with an other title so that it is clear that people in "team" are not only interested but actually organizing. -> new issue and maybe field wit people that already participated...
