Port to Python 3 and PyQt5 #109

Mostly due to Mac OS, supporting PySide is becoming a headache. We should switch to PyQt5, and this means we should also switch to Python 3 due to it being quite a headache to get PyQt5 running on Python 2.7 on Mac OS.
