5 years ago - Send notification to project maintainers when contribution is created (minus creator of contribution).
- Send notification to project maintainers + contribution creator when contribution is accepted (minus acceptor of contribution)
- Skip notification on revision created by contribution (later on, we may need to handle the edge case where someone is not subscribed to contributions but subscribed to revisions?)
