Profile Page: Improve project preview cards #291

The project preview cards on the profile page currently do not show much useful information.

Here is all the information about projects that we have:

Title
Private/public
Description
Tags
Team members
# of contributors (team + outsiders)
# of commits
last commit metadata: author
last commit metadata: title
last commit metadata: date
# of files
# of uncaptured changes (for collaborators only)
# of hearts (likes)
# of (open/closed) contributions
# of (open/closed) issues
graph of activity over the last week/month/year

What should we show? What should the card look like?

We should definitely show:

Project owner (image)
Private/public (lock icon)

I believe the primary use case for these cards are for discovery. Users who are exploring what projects exist out there in their company or the world at large. Therefore, the cards should be optimized for "digestion" by 1st team visitors and guests. Information that is relevant to this group: project owner, title, description, likes, and last activity/recent activity.

Feedback from Jessy: Design is good. But the entire card should be a button, not just the small link. :+1:
