Looks like I was able to pull in the files by issuing a force-sync on the project's root folder. Awaiting confirmation from user that this got all the files.
I believe the issue may be that view (rather than edit) access was granted to the track@openly.one

I did notice that it's possible to set up a project with view access only. We should fix that. See: #314
In addition, we need to add the ability to force sync the home folder. It looks like this issue was not just due to view access because even with view access, it should have still pulled files (just not revisions).

Received confirmation from the user. The edit access seemed to be the issue. Sounds like there may be other issues, though, as well: One file suddenly showed up as deleted after he renamed it.
One of our users just set up a project on Openly. When he made changes on Google Drive (adding new documents/files), these did not show up on the Openly platform. Not sure what's going on.
