When I'm reading through my revisions, my eye jumps from the revision title straight to the list of file changes. I have to make a conscious effort to actually read the revision summary. Maybe you can make the revision summary text a larger font size or increase the spacing between summary and file changes.

This is a good point. Because of the boldness and colors, the list of file changes does really jump out. We should tackle this in our UIUX redesign. In addition to making the summary text larger, we should also explore the three display densities: default, comfortable, compact.
