RSSTootalizer - Toot Visibility

Situation The method used by RSSTootalizer to toot uses http POST, and only sends the 'status' field, which is the only one required. Optional fields are here. 'visibility' is our focus here, with possible values: 'direct', 'private', 'unlisted' or 'public'.

I believe this defaults to 'private'. Or perhaps it depends on the user's setting in mastodon. Either way, we should probably have an option to set this with RSSTootalizer.

Proposal Set toot 'visibility' field on a per-feed basis, so all toots from the same feed are treated equally. This would allow a user for instance to make sure a certain feed only goes to followers, while another is public.

Questions Does the public posting pose an ethical issue? I don't necessarily think so, but feel free to post thoughts, or other questions.

We need the default to be public, as we are putting content out onto a open news feed.

Hardcoded 'public' as default for now. Lets keep an eye on the next toots to see that all behaves as expected.

Shall continue with the "shiney" solution when I get some more time
