Add instructions to copy the checklist to champions/pre-cohort-tech.qmd from: https://github.com/Openscapes/approach-guide/blob/main/champions/pre-cohort-tech.qmd ( copying checklist from Approach Guide to GitHub issue will not show checkboxes)
