update info on Field Notes & Digest with link to new doc #32

In 30mins post-call, create field notes (link to example field notes & digest doc from 2022-noaa-sefsc-summer)

re: linking to our doc that is private

name it without linking it and then say ([internal example]()) with ours linked? Otherwise we'll get random requests to view that we won't allow, but we can still have a quick access for us

and note timing of posting Digest: the week after a Cohort Call, the day before Cohort Coworking. Why? Gives people a touch point in the week without a Call.

When tagging Cohort using GitHub Team, must tag with orgname/cohort, not just cohort like @Openscapes/2022-noaa-sefsc-summer-cohort
