note to re-install kyber each time - in cohort tech setup #41

when you use kyber, please re-install each time remotes::install_github("openscapes/kyber@main"), described in (https://github.com/openscapes/kyber#kyber-) because as we've made the SEFSC agendas we've improved a bit of the agenda content :)
