In case this is worth adding to the Approach Guide - here's what I did to create a playlist (if you can repeat it might be worth adding/augmenting):

When signed in, click on "Manage Videos"

(grey oval top-right):

Check the 3 videos, click on "Add to Playlist

Then click "New Playlist"

It seems I don't have permission to create playlists.

When I follow your notes above, or try to make a new playlist from Create button, I get Failed to create the playlist. Please try again
