Prepare Cohort Call 1 [ 2023-fred-hutch ] #176

This is the same for every Cohort Call except the last. Create one issue for every Cohort Call and add the Call number to the issue title.

Hi @stefaniebutland , before you create Cohort Call 1, would you please uninstall and reinstall kyber? I've made some additional updates :).

If you don't already have a preferred way to uninstall a package, you can uninstall in RStudio IDE by clicking the Packages Pane (bottom right), searching for kyber and then clicking the grey X on the far right

Question @jules32. I have been installing updated Kyber versions without uninstalling. I run remotes::install_github("openscapes/kyber@main") before using it each time.

Might I run into trouble with some pkgs if I don't uninstall first?

That's a good question, and I'm not sure. The reason I mentioned it is that I had updated the cohort README template the kyber generates, but didn't see my update in the Fred Hutch repo. But maybe it was just our timing. We can double-check as we go.

I haven't yet combed thru agenda but looks good
