Remove link to cohort google sheet in vignette.

Not sure what I need to do to have this change rendered in vignette. Add how-to to README - R package developer notes.

@ateucher can you please guide me?

Good idea 😄! The new github action for pkgdown should render the vignette with this change when we merge to main, so no manual intervention required to make that happen!
