To compare this to original, see 2 citations in Faylab Lab manual in the text. Results of this PR: citations added Quarto-style via DOI show in text (screenshot 1) and as reference list at bottom of that page (screenshot 2) .

Problem is there is no "References" heading created, but in comm call video, there was a heading in Julie's example.
