S1 Add Quarto format citations to Faylab manual #7

To make this a great Quarto book example, I think we should convert any citations to Quarto style so that future citaitons can copy this format (and future us and others can learn from this example).

In RStudio, Insert citation via DOI. Automatically adds the reference to the page & creates a new references.bib file.

This is demo'd in Openscapes Community Call video (link takes you to the right spot!)

WIP How to:

add citation by DOI
- RStudio Visual Editor > Insert > citation > by DOI (screenshot that, then what it looks like in .qmd file and in rendered book
a references.bib file is auto-created, and reference(s) auto-added at bottom of the rendered page in which they appear (but what if we wanted them in a final bibliography only; book.bib??)
to _quarto.yml add bibliography: references.bib

[ ] add heading References without making it a chapter subhead (in comm call video, it looks like it was created automatically?)
