Add Cloud Lessons - as a section #21

We can add cloud lessons from Call 3 NASA Champions (video clips & slides)

Thinking it's best if we add a "Cloud Lessons" section like we do for Core Lessons, and that's where we add coding strategies and data strategies lessons. This would map onto how we organize in the registry. We wouldn't duplicate sections that aren't different for cloud (open communities, mindset) but these would be more findable.

Also thinking this would be a contained way to point to cloud lessons from the Cookbook.

Thinking through this more, better to keep in the Core Lessons section, so only one place to look for Data Strategies. Approaches are important together.
