This PR updates the Heater-Shaker and Thermocycler-Gen2 firmware packages to their latest releases. The notes for each release can be found in the opentrons-modules github repo here and here.
Tested uploading this buildroot image to a robot and connecting out-of-date TC2 and HS modules. Each one was prompted to update through the app, and after the update the version number was as expected.
