Overview

Removes notify-server from OT-2s. See this PR's monorepo co-dependency, https://github.com/Opentrons/opentrons/pull/14280, for details.

This reverts some commits from #109.

Will this conflict with #213? If so, it should take priority.
I haven't totally reverted #109. I'm leaving in-place the python-pyzmq stuff. Do we want to revert that too?
