create authors file #258

We should create an AUTHORS files to credit the people that work(ed) on the openvario project. Thie should also be recalable in either XCSoar or the OV menu.

If we can put AUTHORS file as a real file to filesystem, say to /etc/openvario/authors or /usr/share/openvario/about, ovshell could show it as well.
