Format NMEA messages according to NMEA 0183 #18

Protocol requires messages to end with <CR><LF bytes.

This effectively reverts #6, bit makes XCSoar understand NMEA stream produced by sensord again.

@kedder: What is Codacy's problem ? Don't get the clue to be honest ...

Not sure what to do with Codacy issue. I think it doesn't apply to us, because we send strings that are produced by sensord itself, so they are all null-terminated.
